friends here Pily, who from the other side? today we’re gonna make a recipe
that you have asked me a lot, let’s make this savory Flaxseed Bread
let me tell you that this bread is one of
my mom’s favorites, because in addition
It contains a lot of fiber, so it’s going to
help a lot for your digestion,
also in this video I show you how
to make your own flaxseed meal,don’t move and let’s see how this Flaxseed bread
is made let’s start!
to make the flour in your blender or
food processor add a cup of
Flaxseed, grinding at maximum speed
until you get a fine flour like
mine, then, add the baking powder, baking soda, sugar free
sweetener, cinnamon, coconut flour and
a pinch of salt
mix very well with a spatula
in another container beat the
eggs with the vanilla
when you see that it’s fluffed
incorporate Greek yogurt, mixing
again to integrate it,
now, add the linseed flour mixture
you’re going to have a little thick mixture
slightly mix the chia seeds
with flaxseed
to later join them in the bread dough
transfer the dough to a bread mold
lined with waxed paper
optionally, you can add some
flax seeds on top of your bread
Bake 30-40 mins with the preheated oven
to 180°C – 350°F or
when inserting a stick
cleansed
this bread is perfect to eat
with a coffee, also in a sandwich,
it tastes delicious with butter on top, keep it up to 8 days in your
refrigerator or you can also freeze it
It has a lot of fiber, surely it’s going
help a lot in your digestion
if you want to do it without dairy you
I recommend that you add coconut cream instead of yogurt,
we’re adding it a little of
sweetener only to take away
the strong flavor of flaxseed,
