hi everyone in this video we’re going over the nine best keto and carnivore foods and we’re starting right now my name is Mikey Hilliard gut guy and I healed myself hundred percent naturally with carnivore on keto community egg yolks and I’m just going to give you a few more tips we want organic we want soy-free soy has a ton of anti nutrients in it if you eat eggs from chickens that you’d soy those anti-nutrients are going to show up in the eggs and we want them to be pasture raised these chickens to be chasing the Chows eat cows eating cow these are going to be the healthiest eggs and the ultimate test of this is how hard are the shells are they hard to crack and how deep color are those eggs as you can see here this is probably caged this may be free-range but we want that of them have none but some of the more the European brands have lots of probiotics and these food these foods are great because you can travel with them they’re very tasty they help fight infection in the gut this is how our ancestors would eat meats before the refrigerator I know cured meats and fermented means get a bad rap but if you get them done in the traditional style they are very very very very healthy and they’re and I highly suggest you eat them they’re raw this is a good way if you’re not into eating raw liver or all meat and all that stuff this is a good way to get raw meats into we have in a lot of countries we have blood sausage and Asian culture making dishes with blood is very popular and in Africa a lot of African tribes just straight-up drank blood yes it’s very healthy I know it’s not practical for a lot of Americans and people in modern culture but you’ll you know you’ll be surprised how many people eat blood on a normal on a weekly basis in plain sight it’s a very nutritious food and it’s actually quite tasty bone broth and meat stock so when you’re first starting off with healing your gut you make sure you want to use meat stock meat stock is very gelatinous whereas bone broth is not as gelatinous but higher in minerals and to get this nice gelatinous meat stock you want to get the knuckle bones and these are bones they have like some good little some good chunks of meat on them but they have a lot of collagen and gelatin on them and it makes this very nice broth very good for healing the gut raw dairy believe it or not raw dairy is carnivore some people follow it some people don’t but raw dairy is a great source of energy but if you’re going more in the keto route you’re gonna want to go with raw sour cream the ghee the raw butter those sorts of things and the chin the cheeses but if you’re not worried about the the sugar then you want to go with the yogurt and the kefir and the raw milk these are all very nourishing foods and guess there’s not many probiotics in the carnivore in the keto diet and these are a great source of probiotics for our oysters oysters are a great food from the sea they’re high in iodine it’s a whole food so you’re eating like the whole animal so you’re getting kind of so it’s kind of like eating organ meats and getting those nutrients and vitamins from organ meats without having to eat a gross organs or I think oysters are very tasty and you can also eat them raw which you know there’s benefits from eating raw foods and oysters are pretty tasty raw 3 is bone marrow bone marrow is considered an organ meat but it’s very high in fat soluble vitamins a k2 and Omega threes it’s very tasty I like to mix it with butter it’s very easy to cook it’s pretty inexpensive depending on where you get it from but yes bone marrow is a great food for you guys you know whether it’s keto or carnivore fish eggs is was a food revered pretty much buying all primitive coastal tribes its eggs are really cool you know even chicken eggs is you know that has all the nutrients required to build a baby fish or to build a baby bird it’s they’re just nutrient dense packed to the brim and again this is gonna be high in omega-3s and iodine and those those nutrients that you tend to only get from the sea but the ultimate food is liver liver is pretty much the nutrition Bank of the body and is the most one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet and a lot of people don’t like liver and that’s kind of me included but there’s actually a lot of tasty ways to eat liver and my favorite way is probably pate chicken livers are very tasty chicken livers with onions are really good you can I mean you can get creative with liver and make it taste really good but their liver pates are probably the tastiest way to eat liver
