Today’s meal tteok-guk (rice-cake soup) beef bone broth / sliced rice cake / egg ddu du ddu du ddu du ddu du ddu du ddu du Prepare the pot Put the broth in the pot a glass of water When the broth starts to boil up, add rice cakes and keep on boiling I put in some of the glass noodles It’s boiling well Add some salt toc tak lightly beat the eggs And put it in tteok-guk is done ! Delicious tteokguk Add some seaweed Finally It’s all done yes ! It looks so perfect I’ll try the soup first *slurping* (gulp) This is really great Next is rice cake Very chewy In Korea, we eat this food on New Year’s Day But I eat anytime slurrrrp It’s really good I’ll eat again soon Strawberries are in season But it is too expensive in Korea Did you enjoy the meal today?
