I’ll show you how to cook low carb low sugar balya brown rice.
Drain the purified water of 100% konjac rice (200g) in water.
Dry konnyaku is not recommended because it contains tapioca starch, which is similar in carbohydrate content to white rice.
Rinse in running water and soak for a while in vinegar to remove any peculiar smell.
Konjac prevents spikes in blood sugar by 1.6g of carbohydrates and 0g of carbohydrates based on 100g.
But if you overdose, you may have vomiting or dizziness due to bloating.
It also releases water and sodium, so you must make up for the nutrients you lack.
White rice has a low anti-nutrient content, so it is digested well, but has a higher glycemic index than brown rice.
Brown rice has a lower glycemic index than white rice, but it contains phytic acid and lectins that block nutrients.
But germinated brown rice breaks down phytic acid and absorbs slowly, raising blood sugar slowly.
Also, give a feeling of satiety and digestion is difficult, so please refrain from those with weak intestines and kidneys.
Konnyaku discards the vinegar, wash it under running water and drain it.
Put 200g of washed brown rice and adjust 25% less water.
Pour konjac rice and mix it.
