Finely minced chicken breast meat
Enoki is also finely minced
・ 100g canned mackerel
The remaining extract is divided in the neighborhood
・ 0.3tsp Japanese stock(hon・dashi)
・ 0.5tsp Japanese stock(hon・dashi)
・ 1tsp Grated ginger
Mix well as no one notices mackerel
Grate 150g of radish
Lightly squeeze water
・ 1.5tsp ume
・ 1.5tsp Ponzu
・ 0.2tsp Japanese stock(hon・dashi)
microwave for 1 minutes(600W)
・ 2tsp mayonnaise
Fresh King Delicious Ume mayonnaise sauce :)!
・ 2tsp olive oil
Heated over medium heat
Mackerel Diet hamburger divided into three
Cover and bake in front 3 minutes + back 2 minutes(Total 5 minutes)
Plunge into the back!
