・ 10 mushrooms
Cut to a thickness of about 5 mm
・ Chicken thigh 300g
Make a hole in the whole with a fork (cut it if there is a thickness)
Make a cross cut on the surface
・ 1tsp cumin
・ 1tsp soy sauce
・ Salt lightly(lightly 5shake)
・ 10g butter melted in a microwave
・ 0.5tsp Honey
Marinate in sauce for 20 minutes
Spread mushrooms on cooking paper
Bake in a 200 degree oven without preheating for 28 minutes (add baking time if thick)
