Today we will cook for you the most delicious Keto Burger at Chef Ahmad kitchen
and also coach Dib will give you very important advice about Keto diet

Hello everybody Im Dib from Getlean channel
and today as we told you
we will cook for you the most delicious Keto burger
as we know, Keto diet depends mostly on healthy fats
matter of fact, something about 80% healthy fats, 5% carbs and 15% protein
and today, me and chef Ahmad we will serve you the best Keto burger
to prepare the pancake we have Toasted almond that we are going to grind it
now they are ready and it is time to add the broccoli
Here i have cream cheese that you can find at the supermarkt
we add one egg (room temperature)
we gonna whisk them
now we whisk them a bit harder
for how long?
For a minute or so.
now we add the almond and the broccoli
milk
baking powder
salt
and the the chia seeds
melted butter
and whisk everything together very good
now we cover it and let is rest 15 minutes in the fridge
we brush the surface of the pan with little bit of oil
we are using a stainless steel cooking ring to get a circular shape
but you can do it also without it
time to put the pancake
very good
sure we already brushed the ring with a bit of oil
we turn it
it looks great…
wonderful, wonderful, big success Chef
we have ground cow meat
we are going to add spice to it
we add onion powder
and im gonna mix it
after that we will add some salt
and some black pepper
we have them now as you see, as ball shape
we press it like that, keep it as simple as possible
ok
time to add black pepper
put enough black pepper, because i like it spicy
Chef Ahmad love it with extra black pepper
sure we do that for the both sides
also im gonna put some salt, sure not a lot
a little bit, and the other side too, we add pepper…
and now who is going to roast it?
well… it is my turn to roast the burger
sure here we are not using any oil
like that we onion will taste way better
we add the mushrooms…ok
is that brown mushtooms?
indeed, it is brown mushrooms, but we can also use while mushrooms
we add a bit of oil
spread it good on the pan
make sure its all over the pan
we place the burger
like that
after 2 minutes we turn it on the other side
wow wonderful
great
we will cook the meat, medium well…
a bit more than half cooked
we add a slice of kashkaval cheese
we cover it to speed the melting process
put some mayonnaise
mustard

lettuce

now the burger

onion and mushrooms
and we cover it

Chef it is time to taste it
